What exactly is included in these packages?
Packages broadly include civil structure, masonry, plaster, flooring, basic carpentry, waterproofing, standard electrical and plumbing works, and painting as per the agreed BOQ. Items like interiors, compound wall, basement, lifts, solar plants, HVAC and landscape are scoped separately based on your requirement.
What’s the difference between Essential, Premium and Signature?
Essential focuses on getting the structure and core finishes right at a budget-friendly price. Premium adds better brands, higher tile and fittings wallets, richer paint systems and tighter quality controls. Signature goes further with premium brands, designer finishes, more detailed supervision and additional services for high-value homes and commercial spaces.
Can I mix items across packages or fully customise?
Yes. Most wallet-based items (tiles, sanitary, fittings, paints) can be customised. If you choose materials above the wallet value, you only pay the difference. For large customisations (e.g., adding a basement, double-height spaces, or green roofs), we re-work the BOQ and share a revised fixed price for approval.
How does Awish Infra handle approvals and government permissions?
Statutory approvals (building plan, NOCs, utility connections etc.) are handled with the help of associated architects and liaison consultants. We guide you through the process and coordinate with them, while official fees and government charges are paid directly by you to the respective authorities.
Is there any warranty on structure and finishes?
Yes. We provide a long-term structure warranty (terms and duration as mentioned in your agreement) along with a limited-period service warranty on select finishes. Manufacturer warranties for tiles, fittings and equipment are passed on to you as-is from the brands.
Are there any hidden costs beyond the package price?
No hidden costs are added on site. All inclusions and exclusions are clearly documented in the BOQ and agreement. Items that are not part of the package (e.g., interiors, compound wall, special structures) are discussed and quoted separately so that you have full control over the budget.
